As a reminder, we offer free returns! Just email returns@rarebirds.co for your label, you can even arrange for RoyalMail to collect it from your front door for free !

We understand the importance of inclusivity and catering to diverse body types. At present, our clothing line offers sizes ranging from S (8-10 UK) to XL (20-22 UK). However, we are committed to promoting body positivity and inclusivity, and we recognize the need to expand our size range to accommodate smaller and larger sizes.

We are actively working towards incorporating a wider range of sizes in our collection, so that everyone can find garments that make them feel comfortable and confident.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

We aim to dispatch all orders same day for orders received by 4pm Monday to Friday and next day for orders placed after 4pm. Orders received after 4pm on Friday will ship on Monday.

Our estimated delivery time to the UK is 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch & 7-14 days to the USA.
